1. About VERO
VERO is an early-stage technology company operating as a limited liability company (LLC) organized under the laws of the State of California, United States. As a startup, our products, services, features, and pricing are under active development and may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
By accessing or using vero-usa.com or any VERO product or service (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you are engaging with an early-stage company and accept the terms and notices on this page.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. AI Verification Disclaimer
VERO verification records reflect confidence-based analysis only. Results are probabilistic indicators produced by automated systems and do not constitute legal, forensic, or evidentiary proof.
No AI detection technology is perfectly accurate. VERO does not guarantee that any analysis result, confidence score, result label, or proof record is correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You should not rely solely on VERO results to make legal, financial, employment, editorial, or other consequential decisions.
4. Automation Services Disclaimer
VERO automation services are configured individually for each client and depend on factors outside of VERO’s control, including call volume, staffing, patient behavior, third-party systems, and integration access. VERO does not guarantee any specific business outcome, including but not limited to booked appointments, recovered revenue, reduced no-shows, insurance claim approvals, or response times.
Client practices and organizations remain solely responsible for their own legal and regulatory obligations, including healthcare privacy obligations (such as HIPAA, where applicable), obtaining any required patient consent for calls and text messages (including under the TCPA), insurance and billing compliance, and all clinical judgment and patient-care decisions. VERO automation handles operational workflows; it does not provide medical, dental, legal, insurance, or billing advice.
5. No Warranty
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. VERO does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VERO and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VERO’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to VERO for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if you have paid nothing.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any files, media, or content you upload for analysis, and that your use of the Services does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
You may not use the Services to harass, defame, or harm others, to make unsupported accusations against any person based on analysis results, or to attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer VERO systems.
8. Privacy & Data Practices
When you use the verification service, VERO processes the file you upload and stores a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the file along with verification metadata (such as the result label, confidence score, timestamps, and a shareable proof identifier). When you submit a contact or demo request form, VERO stores the information you provide (such as your name, email, company, and message) to respond to your inquiry.
Payments are processed by Stripe; VERO does not store full payment card numbers. VERO uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand site traffic. VERO does not sell your personal information.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, or correct personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact form on our pricing pages.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the VERO name, logo, site design, software, and content, are owned by VERO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant VERO a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
